Around the time of Mildred's 25th anniversary, just after a beautiful rebrand by Design Ranch but just before they opened their downtown location, this beloved family-owned coffeeshop reached out for marketing help.
We took Mildred's best qualities and amplified them. To get more exposure on social, we created a visual language of eye-catching, high-engagement photography that matches the caliber of their branding. To make the most of the philanthropic donations the company has always made, we turned them into community-facing partnerships that get their community involved as well. To call attention to important promos, we manage influencer campaigns and send email newsletters. We also created a partnership with The Bridge, the best local indie radio station, to reach the right new audiences in a creative and authentic way.
Thanks the family's focus on doing everything with excellence, combined with these efforts, don’t be surprised when you see a line out the door at Mildred's. Sales have increased well beyond pre-pandemic rates, and their Instagram following has grown 4x. We're proud to be part of the family.
