A beloved eco-friendly brand, the majority of Petit Collage’s success had come on a wholesale level. We started working together when they were ready to invest specifically in their consumer marketing and ecommerce sales.
To maximize sales and build community, we used sales goals to develop a strategic marketing calendar that included weekly email sends, daily social posts, seasonal lifestyle photo shoots, seasonal influencer gifting, media outreach and regular email-growth sweeps.
Over the course of three years, we increased the brand’s email list size by 3x and their Instagram following by 2x, all resulting in a 2x increase in direct ecommerce sales.
