With the most ethical supply chain in fashion, this for-benefit jewelry startup was in growth mode and needed a marketing lead. As a former ethical fashion blogger herself, Janette was the perfect fit.
Our marketing plan managed acquisition and retention, overseeing consistent email marketing, brand storytelling, regular sweeps for email list growth, reliable social engagement, strategic brand partnerships and PR/publicity.
This was still in the early days of sweeps, and we were able to increase the brand’s email list size by 214% in a year, with partners including Fodor’s Travel and 12 top ethical fashion brands. With a new street-facing office space, we had the opportunity to open a retail storefront, and we managed parts of the store design as well as publicity for a successful grand opening party and influencer event.
