For a favorite San Francisco neighborhood toy store, we were an integral partner for a three-year stretch, managing the copy and design of weekly email newsletters as well as a website update.

To maintain consistency across email newsletters while keeping each design fresh, we expanded the brand’s color palette and created a design guide.

Thanks to owner Terra Andrews’ steadfastness and a delightfully loyal customer base, combined with these efforts, Mapamundi not only survived the pandemic but thrived, opening its doors at a second location in the city in 2021. We were sad to see the store close in 2024 and honor its many years of service to grateful (and loyal) SF families.
